1 lb. white fish fillets, cut into strips

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F.
    Pat fish dry and slice into even strips.
    Dip each strip into beaten eggs, then press into grated Parmesan until fully coated.
    Arrange in a single layer on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.
    Bake for 12–15 minutes or air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
