Air Fryer Cod Recipe

This air fryer cod turns out crispy, flaky, and packed with flavor in minutes. It’s the easiest way to make fish night feel exciting again.

Ingredients
  

1.25 lb cod fillets

1½ tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon dried oregano

Lemon wedges, for serving

Fresh parsley, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
    Pat cod fillets dry and coat with olive oil.
    Mix seasonings and sprinkle over both sides of the fish.
    Place cod in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
    Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until flaky.
    Rest briefly, garnish, and serve with lemon.
