Air Fryer Turkey Breast Recipe

Crispy on the outside and unbelievably juicy inside, this air fryer turkey breast is the easiest way to make a holiday worthy dinner any night. Simple seasoning and fast cooking make it perfect for anyone who loves big flavor with little effort.

Ingredients
  

1 (2–3 lb) turkey breast, bone-in or boneless

2 tbsp olive oil

1 ½ tsp kosher salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Pat the turkey breast dry and loosen the skin.
    Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
    Rub the seasoning all over the turkey, including under the skin.
    Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
    Place the turkey skin-side down in the basket.
    Cook for 25 minutes.
    Flip and cook 25–35 minutes more, until it reaches 165°F.
    Rest for 10 minutes.
    Slice and serve.
