2 large cucumbers (about 500 g), thinly sliced or smashed
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
