Baked Boursin Salmon A Creamy and Flavorful Dish

This creamy baked salmon feels fancy but takes almost no effort. Perfect for busy nights when you still want a wow worthy dinner.

Ingredients
  

1.5 lb salmon fillet

5 oz garlic and herb Boursin cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
    Place salmon in the dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
    Mix Boursin cheese with lemon juice, zest, and minced garlic until smooth.
    Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the salmon.
    Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
    Rest briefly, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
