Baked French Dip Biscuits Recipe

Flaky biscuits stuffed with juicy beef and melty cheese, baked until golden and dipped into warm au jus. This is the comfort food you will crave again and again.

Ingredients
  

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)

12 oz deli roast beef, thinly sliced

6 slices provolone cheese, halved

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 packet au jus gravy mix

1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
    Flatten each biscuit and place roast beef and cheese in the center.
    Fold and seal the biscuits, then place seam-side down in the dish.
    Brush with seasoned melted butter.
    Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
    Prepare au jus according to package directions.
    Serve warm biscuits with au jus for dipping.
