Baked Salmon Spinach Mozzarella Bliss (Easy Creamy Dinner Recipe)

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with comforting flavor, this salmon dinner feels fancy without the extra work. Perfect for busy nights when you still want something rich and satisfying.

Ingredients
  

4 salmon fillets

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
    Pat salmon dry and place in the baking dish.
    Drizzle salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
    Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook garlic until fragrant.
    Add spinach and cook until wilted.
    Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
    Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes if desired.
    Spoon the creamy spinach mixture over the salmon fillets.
    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
    Bake uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
    Broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a golden cheese topping if desired.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
