Best Sourdough White Chocolate Chips Strawberry Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

1 cup active sourdough starter

1/2 cup whole milk, warmed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
    Whisk together sourdough starter, milk, butter, egg, vanilla, and sugar in a large bowl.
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients.
    Gently fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips.
    Pour batter into pan, smooth the top, and bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Slice gently and serve.
