Bird Dog Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
  

4 crispy chicken tenders (about 10.5 oz or 300 g)

4 hot dog buns

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 tbsp honey mustard

4 tbsp barbecue sauce

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 small tomato, diced

1 tbsp melted butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken tenders until hot and crispy.
    Brush buns with melted butter and toast until golden.
    Place hot chicken tenders inside buns and top with cheddar to melt.
    Drizzle honey mustard and barbecue sauce over each sandwich.
    Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
    Serve warm.
