Blueberry Banana Bread Recipe

A slice of this blueberry banana bread tastes like a warm bakery treat fresh from your oven. Sweet bananas and juicy blueberries make it unforgettable.

Ingredients
  

1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup (150g) blueberries

1 tablespoon flour for blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prep a 9x5 loaf pan.
    Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
    Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
    Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
    Toss blueberries in flour and fold into batter.
    Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
    Bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool before slicing and serving.

  • Riper bananas = better flavor
  • Freezes perfectly for 3 months
