Buldak Ramen Recipe: Fire Chicken Noodles

Turn up the heat with these fiery Buldak noodles that taste even better than takeout. Spice lovers will fall in love with every bold and saucy bite.

Ingredients
  

2 packs ramen noodles (10 oz/280g)

1 lb chicken thighs, sliced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp gochujang

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 cup water

1 tbsp butter

1 green onion, sliced

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken thighs into thin strips.
    Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned.
    Add soy sauce and garlic, stirring to coat.
    Stir in gochujang, brown sugar, and water. Simmer until thickened.
    Cook ramen noodles, drain, and add to the pan.
    Toss noodles with the sauce and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add butter and mix until glossy.
    Garnish with green onions and chili flakes.

  • Keep milk nearby
  • Reheats decently on day 2
