Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups Cheddar Bay biscuit mix

2/3 cup milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
    Brown ground beef in olive oil over medium heat.
    Add onion and cook until softened, then add garlic.
    Stir in tomato paste, spices, broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thick.
    Mix in shredded cheddar and transfer to baking dish.
    Combine biscuit mix, milk, and cheddar in a bowl.
    Spoon biscuit topping over beef mixture.
    Bake until golden and cooked through, brushing with butter at the end.
