Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

This Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo is creamy, cozy, and better than takeout. One pan, big flavor, and guaranteed clean plates.

Ingredients
  

12 oz fettuccine pasta or pasta of choice

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

3 cups broccoli florets

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Optional red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, reserve some pasta water, then drain.
    Season chicken and cook in butter until golden and cooked through, then slice.
    Sauté garlic in remaining butter until fragrant.
    Add cream and simmer gently until slightly thickened.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese gradually until smooth.
    Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
    Toss pasta, chicken, and broccoli with sauce and serve warm.
