Chicken Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  

12 oz dry spaghetti

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup

10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti until slightly under al dente, then drain.
    Whisk together soups, broth, and seasonings in a large bowl.
    Stir in onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes.
    Add shredded chicken and half of each cheese.
    Fold in cooked spaghetti until fully coated.
    Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
    Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
