Classic Crumbl Copycat Red Velvet Cookies

These red velvet cookies taste just like Crumbl but come straight from your oven. Thick, soft, and impossible to stop at one.

Ingredients
  

2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar

¾ cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon red food coloring

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
    Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs, vanilla, and food coloring until combined.
    Mix dry ingredients separately, then add to wet mixture.
    Chill dough for 30 minutes.
    Scoop large dough balls and place on baking sheets.
    Bake for 11–13 minutes until edges are set.
    Cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
