Creamy Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms

Creamy, garlicky, and packed with flavor, these mushrooms are the ultimate comfort side dish you’ll want with everything. One bite and you’ll be hooked.

Ingredients
  

500 g mushrooms, sliced

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

240 ml heavy cream

50 g grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
    Reduce heat and stir in garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
    Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
    Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
    Adjust sauce consistency if needed and cook briefly.
    Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
