Creamy One Pot Caj Cajun Chicken Linguine A Flavorful Delight

Creamy Cajun comfort in one pot that tastes like a restaurant favorite. This chicken linguine brings bold spice and silky sauce together fast.

Ingredients
  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

12 oz linguine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

3 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
    Add garlic and Cajun seasoning to the pan and cook briefly until fragrant.
    Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, and add linguine.
    Simmer while stirring until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
    Stir in cream and cooked chicken, then simmer until glossy.
    Remove from heat, add Parmesan, adjust seasoning, and serve.
