Crispy Grated Potato Fritters Recipe

Turn simple potatoes into crispy golden bites everyone will crave. These fritters are quick, satisfying, and perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients
  

2 large russet potatoes (about 500 g), peeled and grated

1 small onion, finely grated

1 large egg

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

½ teaspoon paprika

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
    In a bowl, combine potatoes, onion, egg, flour, and seasonings. Mix well.
    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    Scoop and shape the mixture into small patties.
    Fry each fritter for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
    Remove and drain on paper towels, then serve hot.
