Decadent Chocolate Protein Fluff Recipe

Indulge in a dessert that’s airy, creamy, and packed with protein. This chocolate fluff is quick, decadent, and guilt-free.

Ingredients
  

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice, chilled)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 30g)

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbsp sweetener of choice (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: dark chocolate shavings, berries, or crushed nuts

Instructions
 

  • Measure and chill all ingredients.
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
    Slowly add almond milk and vanilla extract while whisking.
    Whip with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, 3–5 minutes.
    Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
    Spoon into serving glasses or bowls, chill for 10–15 minutes if desired.
    Add optional toppings and serve immediately.
