1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice, chilled)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 30g)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: dark chocolate shavings, berries, or crushed nuts
Instructions
Measure and chill all ingredients.In a mixing bowl, whisk together protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.Slowly add almond milk and vanilla extract while whisking.Whip with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, 3–5 minutes.Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.Spoon into serving glasses or bowls, chill for 10–15 minutes if desired.Add optional toppings and serve immediately.
