Delicious Chai-Spiced “Cheesecake” Truffles

These Chai-Spiced Cheesecake Truffles are creamy, cozy, and packed with warm chai flavor in every bite. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or whenever you crave a little spiced sweetness.

Ingredients
  

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz white or dark chocolate, chopped

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
    Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
    Add cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. Stir thoroughly.
    Fold in graham cracker crumbs until thick and scoopable.
    Chill mixture for 1 hour.
    Roll into 1 tablespoon-sized balls and chill again for 20–30 minutes.
    Melt chocolate gently and stir until smooth.
    Dip each truffle in chocolate, tap off excess, and set on parchment paper.
    Allow chocolate to firm before serving.
