1 cup oat flour

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8-inch baking pan.
    Whisk oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
    Mix eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
    Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
    Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
