Easy Herb-Crusted Boursin Chicken

Creamy, crispy, and packed with garlic herb flavor, this Boursin chicken feels like a restaurant dinner made right at home. One bite and it might become your new favorite chicken recipe.

Ingredients
  

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lb / 680 g)

1 package Boursin garlic and herb cheese (5.2 oz / 150 g)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
    Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Pound slightly if thick.
    In a bowl mix panko breadcrumbs Parmesan parsley thyme garlic powder onion powder and olive oil.
    Place chicken in baking dish and spread Boursin cheese evenly over each breast.
    Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on top and gently press so it sticks to the cheese.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
    Broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a golden crispy crust if desired.
    Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
