Ferrero Rocher Pistachio Cake (Decadent Nutty Chocolate Dessert Recipe)

Ingredients
  

2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups granulated sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup hot coffee

1 cup mascarpone cheese

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

1/3 cup chopped pistachios

1/4 cup powdered sugar

8–10 Ferrero Rocher chocolates

1/3 cup crushed pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare cake pans.
    Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and combine.
    Stir in hot coffee until smooth.
    Pour batter into pans and bake for 30–35 minutes.
    Cool cakes completely before assembling.
    Whip cream with sugar, then fold in mascarpone and hazelnut spread.
    Add chopped pistachios to the filling.
    Layer cake with filling, then stack the second layer.
    Frost the entire cake and decorate with chocolates and pistachios.
    Chill before serving.
