2 lb. beef sirloin or chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
6 tbsp. unsalted butter
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Sear beef cubes in a hot skillet with 1 tablespoon butter until browned on all sides.Transfer beef to the slow cooker.Whisk beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika, then pour over beef.Add garlic and remaining butter to the slow cooker.Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.Stir gently to combine the garlic butter sauce.Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
