Mini Caprese Bites Recipe

Fresh, colorful, and ready in minutes. These mini caprese bites are the easiest way to impress guests without turning on the stove.

Ingredients
  

1 pint cherry tomatoes

8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls

1 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

20–25 toothpicks

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and dry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella thoroughly.
    Skewer one tomato, one folded basil leaf, and one mozzarella pearl on each toothpick.
    Arrange bites on a serving platter.
    Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    Finish with balsamic glaze just before serving.
