Mixed Berry Smoothie

This mixed berry smoothie is thick, creamy, and tastes like summer in a glass. Perfect for busy mornings when you want something fresh and satisfying.

Ingredients
  

1 cup mixed berries, frozen

1 medium banana

3/4 cup milk of choice

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, optional

3 to 4 ice cubes, optional

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk into the blender first to help ingredients blend smoothly.
    Add frozen berries and banana pieces.
    Spoon in Greek yogurt and sweetener if using.
    Blend on low, then high, until smooth and creamy.
    Adjust thickness with extra milk or berries as needed.
    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
