One Pan Balsamic Chicken

Transform dinner into a gourmet experience with this tangy, juicy balsamic chicken cooked all in one pan. Quick, flavorful, and no extra cleanup required.

Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 oz. each)

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 small zucchini, sliced

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
    Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove chicken.
    Sauté garlic 30 seconds, then add cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and zucchini. Cook 3–4 minutes.
    Stir in balsamic vinegar and honey, simmer 1–2 minutes.
    Return chicken to skillet, spoon glaze over top, and roast 15–20 minutes until 165°F (74°C).
    Rest chicken 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
