Oreo Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  

2 cups heavy cream, cold

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

20 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

Pinch of salt

Optional: Chocolate syrup or mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth.
    Refrigerate mixture for 1–2 hours to chill.
    Pour chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn 20–25 minutes.
    Fold in coarsely chopped Oreos gently.
    Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze 4–6 hours until firm.
    Serve scoops in bowls or cones, optionally drizzling with chocolate syrup.
