Oven-Roasted Sweet Potatoes A Simple

Oven roasted sweet potatoes that turn crispy on the outside and soft inside every single time. This simple method will become your go to side dish.

Ingredients
  

2 lb. sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon kosher salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper

0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika

0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
    Cut sweet potatoes into evenly sized cubes or wedges.
    Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
    Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    Roast for 25 minutes, then flip the potatoes.
    Continue roasting for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
