Peach Butter Swim Biscuits

Fresh, buttery biscuits filled with sweet peaches and baked to golden perfection. This easy comfort recipe will become your new favorite treat.

Ingredients
  

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 ¾ cups buttermilk

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup diced peaches

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and pour melted butter into a baking dish.
    Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla, then stir until just combined.
    Fold in diced peaches gently.
    Spread the batter evenly over the melted butter.
    Score the dough into squares.
    Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
    Cool slightly and serve warm.
