Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal Bake (Healthy Easy Breakfast Recipe)

Wake up to a cozy twist on a childhood favorite with this baked peanut butter and jelly breakfast. It is warm, satisfying, and perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients
  

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1/2 cup fruit jam or jelly

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped nuts or berries (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
    Whisk milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla.
    Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
    Pour half into dish, add jelly layer, then remaining mixture.
    Swirl extra jelly on top.
    Bake for 30–35 minutes until set.
    Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
