Pistachio Ferrero Rocher Brownies (Ultimate Fudgy Truffle Brownies Recipe)

Ingredients
  

1 cup (226g) unsalted butter

1 ¼ cups (250g) granulated sugar

½ cup (100g) brown sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

¾ cup (90g) all-purpose flour

½ cup (50g) cocoa powder

¼ tsp salt

10–12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates

½ cup (70g) roasted pistachios

½ cup (90g) chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 pan.
    Mix melted butter with both sugars until smooth.
    Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until glossy.
    Fold in dry ingredients gently.
    Add chopped Ferrero Rocher and pistachios.
    Bake for 28–32 minutes until edges set.
    Cool completely before slicing and serving.
