6 cups rainbow cereal
4 cups mini marshmallows
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare a cake pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.Mix in vanilla extract and salt.Stir in cereal until fully coated.Press mixture into the pan evenly.Melt chocolate with oil and drizzle on top.Let cool until firm, then slice and serve.
