Salmon Balls with Creamy Avocado Sauce (Healthy, Easy & Flavorful Dinner Recipe)

Ingredients
  

1 lb fresh salmon fillet

1/3 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour

1 large egg

2 tbsp parsley, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lime juice

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp cilantro or parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

2–3 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the salmon and mix with breadcrumbs, egg, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, and spices.
    Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes.
    Shape into small, even balls.
    Heat oil in a skillet and cook the salmon balls until golden and cooked through.
    Blend avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, and herbs until smooth, adding water as needed.
    Serve salmon balls warm with creamy avocado sauce on top.
