Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate

Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate is the cozy drink your winter nights have been waiting for. Rich, creamy, and perfect for sharing straight from the crock.

Ingredients
  

4 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker and pour in the milk and heavy cream.
    Add chocolate chips, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt, then whisk until combined.
    Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
    Once smooth and glossy, stir in the vanilla extract.
    Switch to warm and serve with your favorite toppings.
