Strawberry Matcha Overnight Oats Recipe

Wake up to a creamy, energizing breakfast with these strawberry matcha overnight oats. Fresh berries and earthy matcha make this your new favorite morning treat.

Ingredients
  

1 cup (90 g) rolled oats

1 cup (240 ml) milk of choice

½ cup (120 g) Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon matcha powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries, chopped

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, chia seeds, and salt to a jar.
    Whisk matcha with a few tablespoons of warm water until smooth.
    Add milk, yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and matcha to the jar and stir well.
    Fold in strawberries.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Stir and adjust with extra milk if needed.
    Serve with additional strawberries or toppings of choice.
