Sweet and Spicy Whipped Feta Crostini

Creamy, crunchy, sweet, and just a little spicy. This whipped feta crostini disappears fast at every party.

Ingredients
  

8 oz feta cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 small baguette, sliced

Flaky sea salt

Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and toast baguette slices brushed with olive oil until golden.
    Blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.
    Warm honey with red pepper flakes over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Spread whipped feta on crostini and drizzle with spicy honey.
    Finish with flaky salt and herbs, then serve immediately.
