Triple Almond Cookies (Ultimate Nutty Buttery Cookie Recipe)

Ingredients
  

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup almond flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup sliced almonds

Optional ¼ cup chopped almonds

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
    Mix in egg, almond extract, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    Whisk flour, almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
    Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture.
    Fold in chopped almonds if using.
    Chill dough for 30 to 60 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.
    Scoop dough into balls and place on sheet.
    Press sliced almonds on top of each cookie.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden.
    Cool slightly before serving.
