Watermelon No-Bake Treats (Easy Summer Dessert You’ll Love)

Ingredients
  

4 cups fresh watermelon, cut into slices or cubes

1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup granola or crushed biscuits

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Slice watermelon into desired shapes and pat dry.
    Mix yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lime juice until smooth.
    Spread yogurt mixture over watermelon pieces.
    Sprinkle granola, chocolate chips, coconut, and mint on top.
    Chill briefly and serve immediately.
