White Chocolate Raspberry Fudge

Sweet, creamy, and swirled with bursts of raspberry, this White Chocolate Raspberry Fudge is the kind of treat everyone asks for. It looks fancy but is surprisingly easy to make.

Ingredients
  

12 oz white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup raspberry preserves or seedless raspberry jam

Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
    In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
    Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
    Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
    Spoon raspberry preserves over the top and gently swirl with a knife.
    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
    Lift out, slice into squares, and serve.
