Juicy shrimp grilled to perfection with garlic and lemon flavor in every bite. Perfect for quick dinners or summer cookouts that wow every guest.

Ingredients
  

1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and pat dry the shrimp. Toss with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Marinate 15–20 minutes.
    Thread 4–5 shrimp onto each skewer, leaving small gaps between pieces.
    Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil grates.
    Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink, opaque, and slightly charred.
    Remove from grill, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
